ESF+ nov\u011b spojuje n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed fondy a programy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evropsk\u00fd soci\u00e1ln\u00ed fond (ESF) a Iniciativu na podporu zam\u011bstnanosti mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed (YEI),<\/li>\n<li>Fond evropsk\u00e9 pomoci nejchud\u0161\u00edm osob\u00e1m (FEAD) a<\/li>\n<li>program pro zam\u011bstnanost a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed inovace (EaSI).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OP Zam\u011bstnanost plus 2021-2027<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esfcr.cz\/documents\/21802\/11873914\/OPZ%2B_verze+schv%C3%A1len%C3%A1+vl%C3%A1dou_srpen_2021.pdf\/72756247-5437-4ada-a996-1563985d3e29?t=1633438071017\">n\u00e1vrh OPZ+, verze srpen 2021 (verze schv\u00e1len\u00e1 vl\u00e1dou)<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b usnesen\u00ed vl\u00e1dy \u010d. 94\/2019&nbsp;<strong>je Ministerstvo pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed subjektem zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdm za p\u0159\u00edpravu opera\u010dn\u00edho programu pro oblast lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f v&nbsp;programov\u00e9m obdob\u00ed 2021-2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Opera\u010dn\u00ed program s&nbsp;n\u00e1zvem Zam\u011bstnanost plus (OPZ+) p\u0159edstavuje kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd p\u0159edpoklad pro vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f z&nbsp;Evropsk\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho fondu plus v&nbsp;oblasti zam\u011bstnanosti a soci\u00e1ln\u00edho za\u010dle\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;programov\u00e9m obdob\u00ed 2021-2027, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e navazuje na Opera\u010dn\u00ed program Zam\u011bstnanost realizovan\u00fd v&nbsp;programov\u00e9m obdob\u00ed 2014-2020.<\/p>\n<p>Celkov\u00e1 alokace&nbsp;OPZ+ je cca 49 mld. K\u010d (kone\u010dn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka se je\u0161t\u011b m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bnit v&nbsp;z\u00e1vislosti na jedn\u00e1n\u00edch s&nbsp;Evropskou komis\u00ed). T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina t\u00e9to&nbsp;alokace&nbsp;bude v\u011bnov\u00e1na na podporu zam\u011bstnanosti, adaptability pracovn\u00ed s\u00edly a rovnosti \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f a p\u0159es 40 % celkov\u00e9&nbsp;alokace&nbsp;bude vy\u010dlen\u011bno na aktivity v\u011bnovan\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00edmu za\u010dle\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, financov\u00e1n\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eeb a materi\u00e1ln\u00ed pomoci nejchud\u0161\u00edm osob\u00e1m.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ucelen\u00fd n\u00e1vrh OPZ+ v\u010detn\u011b hodnot indik\u00e1tor\u016f a finan\u010dn\u00edch alokac\u00ed byl ze strany \u0159\u00eddic\u00edho org\u00e1nu dokon\u010den v&nbsp;b\u0159eznu 2021, pot\u00e9 prob\u011bhlo p\u0159ipom\u00ednkov\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci Platformy pro p\u0159\u00edpravu OPZ+ a vnit\u0159n\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednkov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na MPSV. V&nbsp;\u010dervenci 2021 se uskute\u010dnilo meziresortn\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednkov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Vl\u00e1da \u010cR n\u00e1vrh OPZ+ projednala a schv\u00e1lila na sv\u00e9m zased\u00e1n\u00ed dne 4. \u0159\u00edjna 2021 usnesen\u00edm \u010d. 856.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sledn\u011b bude OPZ+ p\u0159edlo\u017een Evropsk\u00e9 komisi k&nbsp;zah\u00e1jen\u00ed form\u00e1ln\u00edho vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.
